"双师型"教师实践能力生成逻辑与路径:社会实践理论的视角
The Logic and Pathways of Practice Capabilities Development of"Dual-qualified"Teachers:Insights from the Social Practice Theory

Abstract
Practice capability is the core competitive strength in the professional development of"dual-qualified"teachers in vocational education.Social practice theory suggests that an actor's habitus is shaped by the field they occupy,which is a network of objective relations among various social positions,while capital serves as the tool for the actors to carry out their social practices.From the perspective of social practice theory,this paper conducts a detailed study of how"dual-qualified"teachers'practice capabilities are developed,exploring the developing spaces,tools,and logics behind the development of these competencies.The development pathways for practice capabilities in"dual-qualified"vocational education teachers involves three factors:creating a synergistic field that integrates industry with education so as to facilitate a seamless interchange between educational and industrial domains,emphasizing the importance of judiciously managing different forms of capital to ensure a continuous enhancement in both the quantity and quality of the"dual-qualified"teachers'economic,cultural,social,and symbolic capital,and shifting ideas of both individual teachers and collectives to meet the demands of new professional fields and develop new practice capabilities through innovative actions.关键词
