Abstract
Objective:Observation on the Effect of Six Character Formula Breathing Exercise Combined with Inspiratory Muscle Training on Pulmo-nary Function,Respiratory Mechanics,and Daily Activity Ability of Stroke Patients;The Effect of Six Character Formula Breathing Exercise Com-bined with Inspiratory Muscle Training on Pulmonary Function,Respiratory Mechanics,and Daily Activity Ability of Stroke Patients.Methods:A to-tal of 66 cases of stroke patients were selected and divided into 33 cases each in the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table.On the basis of basic treatment,the control group was given conventional rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given six-word breathing exercise combined with POWER-breathe KH2 breathing trainer inspiratory muscle training on the basis of the control group.Record and compare the respiratory mechanics[maximum inspiratory pressure(MIP),maximum expiratory pressure(MEP)],lung function[forced expiratory volume(FVC),percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to expected value(FEV1％),forced expiratory vol-ume/forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1/FVC)],and modified Barthel index scale(MBI)before and after intervention between two groups.Results:After treatment,MIP and MEP in both groups increased compared to before intervention(P＜0.05),and the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,FVC,FEV1％,and FEV1/FVC in both groups increased compared to before inter-vention(P＜0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the MBI scores of both groups increased compared to before intervention(P＜0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Con-clusions:The combination of six character breathing exercises and inspiratory muscle training is beneficial for improving inspiratory muscle strength,lung function,and daily living ability in stroke patients.关键词
