我国儿童青少年运动损伤研究动态、热点与趋势的可视化分析
Visual Analysis of the Dynamics,Hotspots and Trends of Sports Injuries in Children and Adolescents in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To sort out the dynamics,hotspots and trends of research on children and adolescents'sports injuries in China,and to provide references for subsequent research on children and adolescents'sports injuries.Methods:CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze 446 literatures from 1984-2022 included in China Knowledge Network(CNKI).Results:China's research on children and adolescents'sports injuries has experienced three stages of development:initial exploration,tortuous development,and stable improvement,and the overall trend is steadily increas-ing,and it is moving towards high-quality development;higher education institutions of physical education and sports are the main body of the re-search,and there is a lack of close cooperation and communication between the research authors and the institutions;the research group is dominated by adolescents,and there are fewer children;and the content of the research mainly includes the investigation of children's and adolescents'sports in-juries and the mechanism,The research mainly includes investigation,mechanism,preventive measures and rehabilitation research of children and adolescents'sports injuries,etc.,among which the research of sports rehabilitation treatment and intervention is the hot research direction in this field.Conclusion:In the future,we should strengthen the establishment of cooperative research network,deepen the experimental intervention research on sports injury prevention and rehabilitation,accelerate the use of big data sports injury monitoring,and expand the research on sports injury cases in hospital outpatient clinics,in order to reduce the occurrence of children and adolescents'sports injuries.关键词
