盆腔炎性疾病及其后遗症的中西医治疗现状及问题探析
Analysis of the current situation and problems of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for pelvic inflammatory diseases and their sequelae

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatments for pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)and its sequelae(SPID)and to analyze existing problems.Methods Led by the Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,a multicenter cross-sectional study was conducted.Data were collected through paper-based questionnaires from 22 medical units nationwide,encompassing cases of PID and SPID.The data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 software.Results A total of 1601 cases were collected.Currently,53.3%of patients use antibiotics,with cephalosporins and nitroimidazoles being the most frequently administered intravenously(62.2%).Additionally,98.0%of patients use traditional Chinese medicine decoctions,with the top three formulas for PID being Sini Simiao Powder(Frigid Extremities Plus Wonderfully Effective Four Powder)(35.2%),Xianfang Huoming Beverage(Immortal Formula Life-Giving Beverage)(10.0%),and Yinqiao Hongjiang Jiedu Decoction(Lonicera,Forsythia,Sargent Gloryvine and Patrinia Toxin-Resolving Decoction)(6.4%).For SPID,the most commonly used decoctions are Sini Simiao Powder(28.9%),Gexia Zhuyu Decoction(Expelling Stasis Below the Diaphragm Decoction)(9.4%),and Duduansang Jishixiao Powder(Eucommia,Himalayan Teasel,and Taxillus Sudden Smile Powder)(8.3%).Moreover,63.6%of patients use traditional Chinese patent medicines,with the top three for PID being Fuke Qianjin Tablets(12.1%),Jingangteng Capsules(10.0%),and Fuyankang Capsules(5.6%).For SPID,the top three are Fuke Qianjin Tablets(13.5%),Guizhi Fuling Pills(8.4%),and Fukejing Capsules(6.6%).Furthermore,50.4%of patients use traditional Chinese medicine external treatments,with the highest frequency being traditional Chinese medicine rectal introduction(31.1%).Conclusion PID patients primarily rely on a combination of antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine,while SPID patients are mainly treated with TCM.There are still issues of inappropriate use of antibiotics,traditional Chinese patent medicines,and external treatments.It is essential to promote standardized clinical use and explore effective integrated traditional and Western medicine treatment schemes.关键词
