Abstract
The development of the non-governmental application-oriented colleges after the transformation requires scientific and reasonable strategic planning to cope with the current competitive pressure of student.Therefore,based on the analysis of the development background of education policy,economic development,student supply and education technology,and the SWOT analysis of public universities as the main competitors,it is concluded that under the back-ground of the supply-side reform of higher education,the rapid promotion of the overall strategic innovation centered on the innovation of talent cultivation mode is the strategic approach for the cultivation of the characteristic brand advantages of the non-governmental application-oriented colleges and universities to cope with the competitive pressure and seize de-velopment opportunities.For the purpose of implementing the strategic guideline,the six major strategic measures have been presented and discussed,including clarifying the strategic positioning of college running,enhancing the governance quality,strengthening the strategic resources input,optimizing the setup of the disciplines and majors,innovating the talent educational mode and strengthening the construction of the college culture.关键词
