空间提质导向下的治理型规划设计探索
Exploration on Governance Planning and Design under the Orientation of Spatial Quality Improvement:A Case of"One River and Two Banks"of Pingjiang County

Abstract
As an important spatial carrier of urbanization in China,the county towns face requirements for spatial improvement,planning and governance,and construction motivation in the middle and later stages of urbanization.Especially for the quality of the core public spaces in the county,it can directly reflect the spiritual essence of the county culture and personality.The improvement of its quality is not only a manifestation of beauty,convenience,and agreeableness,but also requires reflection and clarification of the value relationship hidden in the quality.This paper takes Pingjiang County as an example,extracts the core elements of the county's land spatial pattern,and carries out comprehensive thematic research,conceptual planning,design control,and detailed design based on this.It also focuses on action-oriented planning and design to make the value of mountains and rivers perceivable,full cycle spatial planning to maximize project benefits,adopting a consultative framework to make the design concept feasible,and making the planning and design recognized by the government and society.Therefore,it coordinates various planning and construction related to the county,and effectively connects the local planning and management system in the process of establishing the land spatial planning system for sustainable construction.关键词
