历史城镇活化价值评价体系研究OA

Currently,the activation and utilization of historical towns are unitary and one-sided,and the potential value of historical towns cannot be fully exploited.This paper constructs an activation value evaluation system based on three aspects of material value,non-material value,and protection measures.The activation value evaluation is conducted for historical towns and cities that are not famous,which have backward economic level,weak protection concepts,and no well-preserved ancient buildings,ancient streets and other historical features.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive activation value hierarchy analysis and quantitative evaluation on the current resources in historical towns from multiple aspects,such as history,economy,society,and culture,etc.,so as to explore the entry points for activation and utilization,to carry out targeted activation and utilization of historical towns,and to make best use of the existing resources.
