居住区建筑设计分析OA

As an important new area under the guidance of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,Xiong'an New Area is required to embody the concept of"global vision,international standards,Chinese characteristics,and high-level positioning",and to strive to create an innovative development demonstration zone that implements the new development concept.The design requirements of its residential area reflect a high standard and high-quality construction concept,aiming to create a livable,business friendly,pedestrian friendly,and tourist friendly urban environment.This paper takes Xiong'an Rongdong residential area project as an example,and discusses the use of advanced design concepts and methods in planning and layout,architectural style,environmental landscape,community supporting facilities,and the utilization of new technologies in the design of residential quarters,in order to achieve the construction of high-quality residential areas.
