存量发展视角下的既有居住地段环境提升策略研究OA
Research on Environmental Improvement Strategy of the Existing Residential Lot from the Perspective of Stock Development:A Case of Xingfu Road in Xi'an
随着我国从高速增长阶段迈向高质量发展阶段,城市已经由增量发展逐渐转变为存量发展,于是旧城更新成为城市可持续发展的必然选择.其中,始建于 2000 年前的居住地段由于建设背景和建设状况的限制,在环境品质、设施配套等方面已与当今居民的生活需求不相匹配,更新改造已经刻不容缓,这是提升本地段居民生活质量的重要手段.文章以西安市幸福路既有居住地段为研究对象,通过分析其形成背景与发展变化,认为该地段具有配套设施不均衡、南北向交通不便等诸多问题,并提出包括配套设施优化、生活圈构建、资源共享在内的城市既有居住地段环境改善与品质提升的可行性策略,以期为旧城既有居住地段更新提供参考.
As our country moves from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,the city has gradually changed from incremental development to the stock development,so the old city renewal becomes the inevitable choice for sustainable development.Among them,due to the construction background and construction conditions,the residential areas built before 2000 do not match the living needs of today's residents in terms of environmental quality,facilities and other aspects.Thus,it is urgent for the renewal and renovation of these areas,which is an important means to improve the quality of life of local residents.In this paper,the existing residential lot of Xingfu Road in Xi'an is taken as the research object.By analyzing its formation background,development changes and other aspects,it is found that this lot has many problems,such as unbalanced supporting facilities,inconvenient north-south traffic,and so on.The paper puts forward feasible strategies for improving the environment and quality of the existing urban residential lot,including optimizing supporting facilities,constructing living circle and sharing resources.It is expected to provide a reference for the renewal strategy of the residential lot in the old city.
