基于"节约集约用地"原则的全域国土空间详细规划编制要点研究OA

In the transformation practice of high-quality development,how to make economical and intensive use of land resources and to enhance the sustainable development ability of cities is an important proposition of territorial spatial planning.Qiaoying unit has a superior geographical location and a beautiful environment with a mountain at the back and a sea in the front.The unit contains three major functional areas:Eastern New Town,industrial park and country park,which are diverse and representative.Based on the principle of"economical and intensive land use",this paper attempts to take the detailed planning of Qiaoying unit as an example,and puts forward corresponding preparation strategies from two dimensions of reducing land resource occupation and improving land output efficiency by coordinating all the resource factors.The innovation of this paper lies in the implementation of the idea of economical and intensive land use in the detailed planning scale under the background of the territorial spatial planning system in the new era,and puts forward a reference formulation paradigm for the detailed planning.
