基于网络点评数据的宁夏自然风景区民宿研究OA

Ningxia has a long history and culture and unique natural scenery.The homestay buildings in its natural scenic area can give full play to the advantages of natural resources and drive the overall benefits of the area.However,the architectural design of some homestays does not pay enough attention to the feelings of the tourists.The paper analyzes the frequency of words,the satisfaction and IPA with online review data,and explores the location environment,building community,building space,interior space and management services of the homestay buildings in natural scenic area.The research shows that in addition to the management service indicators,the tourists pay more attention to the building community and interior space.The satisfaction of the tourists on the building community is relatively high,while that of the location environment is relatively low.The traffic environment and supporting commercial facilities in the homestay area should be improved.The architectural space of three homestay cases all have the problem of excess design.Besides,the interior space and management services should be paid more attention.
