羰基铁粉/石墨烯复合粉体的制备及其电磁性能研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
The preparation and electromagnetic absorption performance of carbonyl iron-graphene composites
石墨烯与羰基铁粉的复合不仅突破了铁粉作为吸收剂的斯诺克极限,还在一定程度上提高了其电磁阻抗匹配特性.本文利用氨基磷酸作为连接剂将石墨烯和片状羰基铁粉进行层状复合,通过一步法制备得到具有介电频散特性的羰基铁粉/石墨烯复合吸波粉体,研究了不同合成条件下(改性石墨烯含量、反应温度、氨基磷酸含量)羰基铁粉/石墨烯复合吸波材料的电磁参数和反射损耗的影响.结果表明,由于石墨烯的引入,复合粉体的电磁阻抗匹配性能明显增强,表现出较好的吸波性能,当氧化石墨烯(GO)含量为质量分数 1%时,复合粉体(厚度为 3.7 mm)在4.23 GHz的最小反射损耗值(RLmin)为-43.90 dB,有效吸收带宽(RL≤-10 dB)为10.4 GHz(3.63~14.03 GHz);当反应温度为 80℃时,复合粉体表现出良好的吸波效率,当厚度为 4.5 mm,复合粉体在 2.3 GHz处的最小反射损耗达到了-42.92 dB,有效吸收带宽(RL≤-10 dB)为 6.7 GHz(2.0~8.7 GHz).APSA的加入使复合粉体的电导率有了明显的提升,同时介电损耗获得了增强.其中APSA添加量为质量分数 0.5%时,复合粉体的导电能力最强,介电损耗性能稳定,吸波改性效果较好,此时反射损耗为-42.92 dB,并且其在 2~18 GHz内相应的有效吸收带宽(RL≤-10 dB)为 6.7 GHz(2.1~8.8 GHz).
The composite of graphene and carbonyl iron powder not only breaks through the snooker limit of iron powder as an absorber,but also improves its electromagnetic impedance matching characteristics to some extent.In this paper,graphene and lamellar carbonyl iron powder were lamellarly composited using aminophosphoric acid as a linker,and carbonyl iron powder/graphene composite wave-absorbing powders with dielectric frequency dispersive properties were obtained by a one-step method.The effects of different synthesis conditions(content of modified graphene,reaction temperature,and content of aminophosphoric acid)on the electromagnetic parameters and reflective losses of carbonyl iron powder/graphene composite wave-absorbing materials were investigated.The results show that due to the introduction of graphene,the electromagnetic impedance matching performance of the composite powders is significantly enhanced,exhibiting good wave absorption performance.When the graphene oxide(GO)content is 1%(mass fraction),the minimum reflection loss value(RLmin)of the composite powders(thickness of 3.7 mm)at 4.23 GHz is-43.90 dB,and the effective absorption bandwidth(RL≤-10dB)is10.4 GHz(3.63-14.03 GHz).When the reaction temperature is 80℃,the composite powder shows good wave absorption efficiency.When the thickness is 4.5 mm,the minimum reflection loss value of the composite powder at 2.3 GHz reaches-42.92 dB,and the effective absorption bandwidth(RL≤-10 dB)is 6.7 GHz(2.0-8.7 GHz).The addition of APSA results in a significant increase in the conductivity of the composite powders,while the dielectric loss is enhanced.When 0.5%(mass fraction)APSA is added,the composite powder has the strongest conductivity,stable dielectric loss performance,and good absorption modification effect.The minimum reflection loss is-42.92 dB,and its corresponding effective absorption bandwidth(RL≤-10 dB)is 6.7 GHz(2.1-8.8 GHz)within 2-18 GHz.
