"双一流"高校本科生科研参与质量影响因素研究
Research on the Influencing Factors of the Quality of Undergradua-tes'Scientific Research Participation in"Double First-Class"Universities

Abstract
It is significant for undergraduates in"double first-class"universities to participate in scien-tific research activities to train high-level talents to serve the country's needs.Taking Northwest A&F U-niversity as an example,based on interviews and questionnaires,this study explores the influence mech-anism of organizational support,cognition of scientific research ability,and motivation of scientific re-search participation on the quality of undergraduates'scientific research participation.The results showed that the participation rate of undergraduate students in scientific research activities in the target universi-ty reached 79.35％.The stage of undergraduate education has a significant impact and disciplines have no significant effect on the quality of undergraduate scientific research participation;the cognition of scientific research ability and the motivation of scientific research participation have a very substantial positive impact on the quality of undergraduate scientific research participation.It is suggested that"double first-class"universities should provide and perfect policy incentives to guide undergraduates'non-utilitarian scientific research motivation;promote and implement hierarchical education and facili-tate individualized training of undergraduates;establish and optimize the tutor system to improve the quality of tutor's guidance for undergraduate students;promote curriculum reform to make it possible for undergraduate students to participate in scientific research.关键词
