乡村振兴战略背景下农林经济管理专业人才培养模式改革与创新研究
Research on the Reform and Innovation of the Talent Training Mode in Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management Specialty under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

Abstract
Cultivating high-quality talent training in Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Manage-ment specialty is the fundamental guarantee for promoting the strategy of rural revitalization and reali-zing the goal of a powerful agricultural country.However,there is a structural deviation between the ex-isting talent training mode and market demand,which cannot effectively meet the market demand,fa-cing dual bottlenecks of"talent surplus"and"talent shortage".Based on this,this paper analyzed the supply and demand of talents in Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management specialty under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization in the new era,clarified the critical points of the mismatch between supply and demand in the process of talent cultivating,then,put forward the new ide-as of reform and innovation of the talent training mode in Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management specialty from the perspective of practical reform.关键词
