Research on the Reform and Innovation of the Talent Training Mode in Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management Specialty under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

高质量的农林经济管理专业人才培养是推动乡村振兴战略、实现农业强国目标的根本保障.然而,现有农林经济管理学科人才培养模式与市场需求存在结构性偏差,无法有效对接市场需求,出现"人才过剩"和"人才紧缺"的双重瓶颈.基于此,通过对新时期乡村振兴战略背景下农林经济管理专业人才的供给与需求进行梳理与分析,厘清人才培养过程中供需错位的症结所在,从实践改革的视角提出农林经济管理专业人才培养模式改革与创新的新思路.

Cultivating high-quality talent training in Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Manage-ment specialty is the fundamental guarantee for promoting the strategy of rural revitalization and reali-zing the goal of a powerful agricultural country.However,there is a structural deviation between the ex-isting talent training mode and market demand,which cannot effectively meet the market demand,fa-cing dual bottlenecks of"talent surplus"and"talent shortage".Based on this,this paper analyzed the supply and demand of talents in Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management specialty under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization in the new era,clarified the critical points of the mismatch between supply and demand in the process of talent cultivating,then,put forward the new ide-as of reform and innovation of the talent training mode in Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management specialty from the perspective of practical reform.
