以学为中心达成石油工程专业"工程与社会"培养目标的教学模式探索与实践OA
我国正处于推进建设世界规模最大高等教育体系的关键进程中,普及化阶段呈现多样化、个性化、学习化和现代化等显著发展特征,亟待聚焦课程质量要素重构、拔尖创新人才培养,运用系统性、整体性、协调性的方式整体推进高等教育改革创新,全面提升有组织的人才自主培养能力.该文采用一致性构建原则,探索建立与石油工程专业"工程与社会"培养目标相匹配的石油工程HSE课程教学模式,通过设计科学合理的学习活动和灵活多样的学习测评,以课程思政引领学生主动学习,培养学生善于学习的能力和素养,实现学生主动建构知识,深深沉浸在发现、探索和解决"工程与社会"问题的贯穿式学习氛围中,有效提升"工程与社会"培养目标的达成度,为加大油气勘探开发力度、保障国家能源安全输送富有创新精神和创新能力的高层次科技人才.
China is in the crucial process of promoting the construction of the world's largest higher education system,the popularization stage presents significant development characteristics such as diversification,personalization,learning and modernization.It is urgent to focus on the reconstruction of curriculum quality elements,cultivation of top innovative talents,and the use of systematic,holistic and coordinated methods to promote the ability of organized independent talent cultivation.This paper adopts the principle of consistent construction to explore and establish a teaching model for the course Petroleum Engineering HSE that matches the training objectives of engineering and society.The study designs the scientific and reasonable learning activities and flexible and diverse learning assessments,uses curriculum ideological and political to leading students active learning.The aim is tocultivate students'ability and literacy to be good at learning,achieve a seamless learning atmosphere of actively construct knowledge,deeply immerse themselves in discovering,exploring and solving engineering and society issues.The study hopes effectively improves the achievement of the training objectives of engineering and society,and provides high-level scientific and technological talents with innovative spirit and ability to increase oil and gas exploration and development efforts and ensure national energy security.
