以"产品研发技能需求"为导向的产教研融合教学模式实践探索OA
"以产带教,以教促产,产教融合"教学模式是实现高校向社会输送适应产业与市场需求的高素质创新型人才的高效途径之一,是"OBE"型教学理念在应用型人才培养及实现与产业、行业技能需求有效衔接的主要方法.通过对电子材料课程的教学内容体系、教学方法和学习方式三方面进行改革,构建产品研发的实际需求与专业理论知识映射对接,用有效专业理论知识支撑人才的创新性思维和研发技能的训练与培养;重点强调"产教融合,按需学习"的教学理念,倡导以需求为导向,自主、自发的学习方式;着重人才技能、创新能力及在新体系、新环境下的再学习能力的培养,满足社会对应用型人才需求标准.
The teaching mode of"Teaching with production,promoting production with teaching,and integrating production with teaching"is one of the efficient ways for universities to deliver high-quality innovative talents that meet the needs of the industry and the market,which is also the main method of"OBE"teaching concept in the cultivation of application-oriented talents and the realization of effective connection with industry and industry skill demand.This paper reforms the teaching content system,teaching methods and learning methods of the"Electronic Materials"course.The study builds a connection between the actual needs of products and professional theoretical knowledge,and uses effective professional theoretical knowledge to support talents'innovative thinking,and research and development skills;emphasizes the teaching concept of"integration of production and education,learning on demand",advocates a demand-oriented,independent and spontaneous learning method;focuses on talent skills,innovation ability and re-learning ability in the new system and new environment to meet the society's demand for applied talents.
