高等工程教育人才培养中课程思政教学改革与实践OA

在制造业强国对高级工程人才的需求和以"立德树人"为根本任务的"课程思政"改革大环境下,高等院校的工科专业课程的全面改革势在必行.做好工程价值引导和"工匠精神"等工程素养在专业内容中的渗透融入,凝练时代解读的新内涵,寻找适合工科专业"课程思政"教学体系和实施方法.该文采用融合与多样化的逐层进阶教学实施方法,设计课程思政实施架构,将思政元素融入"产教-科教"双融合的教学内容.结合本、硕学情,将显性和隐性的德育要素渗透至专业课程教学过程,探索培养高级工程人才时实现专业课程思政教育在德才兼备人才培养目标中可行的思路与方法,并展开全面改革的教学实践,改革成果可为同类教学问题的解决提供经验与借鉴.

In the manufacturing power of the demand for senior engineering talents and the curriculum ideology and politics reform with"moral cultivation"as the fundamental task under the environment,the comprehensive reform of engineering courses in colleges and universities is imperative.We do a good job in engineering value guidance and"craftsman spirit"and other engineering qualities in the professional content of the infiltration,condense the new connotation of the interpretation of the times,to find suitable for engineering professional"curriculum ideological and political"teaching system and implementation methods.In this paper,an integrated and diversified step-by-step teaching implementation method is adopted to design the curriculum ideological and political implementation framework and integrate ideological and political elements into the teaching content of"production-teaching-science and education".Combined with this,the explicit and implicit elements of moral education are infiltrated into the teaching process of professional curriculum,and the feasible ideas and methods to achieve the ideological and political education of professional curriculum in the cultivation of senior engineering talents are explored,and the teaching practice of comprehensive reform is carried out.The reform results can provide experience and reference for the solution of similar teaching problems.
