Abstract
Objective The evaluation of sports industry development planning is helpful for policy formulation and implementation.Meth-ods The S-CAD analysis method is used to evaluate the text and implementation effect of China's sports industry development plan,and systematically test the effect,efficiency and feasibility of the policy text and implementation process.Results The chain effect of sports consumption policy needs to be strengthened.The efficiency of policy instruments to tap consumption potential needs to be im-proved.There are main differences in the feasibility of sports industry development planning.Conclusion The national macro level to improve the sports consumption policy.Provincial-level middle-level to give play to regional advantages to tap consumption potential.At the micro level of city and county,it will strive for multi-party cooperation to strengthen market players.关键词
