[目的]提高优势天敌棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂Campoletis chlorideae室内繁育效率与质量,对其寄主识别能力和三级营养关系下的寄主选择进行研究.[方法]通过提供被寄生寄主与健康寄主,探究棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂的寄主识别能力;并通过寄主选择性试验,分别提供取食不同植物的同一寄主昆虫、取食相同食物的不同寄主,及取食不同食物的不同寄主时,比较该蜂的寄主选择偏好性.[结果]棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂倾向于在健康寄主上产卵,具有异己识别能力,一定程度上能避免过寄生的发生;当雌蜂触角被剪除后,其寄主识别能力显著降低.寄主选择性的研究表明,取食玉米叶或烟草的棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera比取食人工饲料的棉铃虫对棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂具有更强的吸引作用,表现为在其内产卵数更多、寄生率更高,选择系数分别为0.77和0.74,显著高于人工饲料上的0.23和0.26.当面对取食相同食物的棉铃虫和斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura时,雌蜂更偏好寄生棉铃虫;而当雌蜂寄生取食不同食物的棉铃虫和草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda时,明显偏好寄生取食含有玉米粉人工饲料的草地贪夜蛾,反之,当棉铃虫的食物由人工饲料更换为玉米叶时,该蜂的寄主选择偏好变为棉铃虫.[结论]棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂具有寄主识别能力,触角在其中发挥重要作用.来自植物-寄主昆虫的信息化学物质和寄主适合度在棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂的寄主选择偏好性中发挥重要作用.该蜂在选择偏好的寄主中有较高寄生率的同时,过寄生率也高,二者具有正相关性.

[Objective]In order to improve the efficiency and quality of laboratory breeding of Campole-tis chlorideae,the host discrimination ability and host selection based on tritrophic interactions were studied.[Method]The host discrimination ability of C.chlorideae by providing parasitized and healthy hosts was investigated in the laboratory.The host selection preference of C.chlorideae was compared when the same host feeding on different plants,or different hosts feeding on the same diet,or different hosts feeding on different foods through the host selection test respectively.[Result]C.chlorideae pre-ferred to lay eggs on healthy hosts,and had host discrimination ability of nonself-superparasitism which can partly avoid the occurrence of superparasitism;The host discrimination ability decreased signifi-cantly when their antennae of female were cut off.Host selection tests indicated that Helicoverpa armi-gera feeding on maize or tobacco leaves had a stronger attraction to C.chlorideae than that feeding on artificial diet,which presented more eggs laid and higher parasitism rate.The preference indexes for H.armigera feeding on tobacco and maize leaves were 0.77 and 0.74,respectively,which were signi-ficantly higher than that feeding on artificial diet 0.23 and 0.26,respectively.When H.armigera and Spodoptera litura fed on the same diet,C.chlorideae preferred to parasitize H.armigera.While,when H.armigera and Spodoptera frugiperda fed on the different diet,the females preferred to select Spodop-tera frugiperda much more than H.armigera mainly because of its artificial diets containing maize leav-es powder;Conversely,females preferred to select H.armigera only when its feeding artificial diet was replaced by maize leaves.[Conclusion]C.chlorideae has host discrimination ability,and antennae play a significant role in it.Informational chemicals from plant-host and host fitness play important roles in the host preference of C.chlorideae.Meanwhile,C.chlorideae displays a higher parasitism rate and higher superparasitism rate on the preferred host,there is a positive correlation between them.
