蒙特卡罗方法在医学、高能物理、核物理、加速器物理、耦合中子/光子/电子输运问题等方面具有广泛的应用,常用的蒙特卡洛数值模拟软件有Geant4(欧洲)、FLUKA(欧洲)、MCNP(美国)、EGSnrc(加拿大)、SuperMC(中国).以中海油服自主研发的新一代过套管剩余油气饱和度测井仪器RET为例,建立蒙特卡罗数值模拟模型,通过仪器测量适用性范围和sigma拖尾现象分析,认为RET仪器在印尼某油田C/O模式下孔隙度下限为18%,sigma拖尾为岩性导致而非孔隙含气,以此展示蒙特卡洛方法在核测井领域的应用.

Monte Carlo method has a wide range of applications in medicine,high energy physics,nuclear physics,accelerator physics,coupled neutron/photon/electron transport problems,etc.Commonly used Monte Carlo numerical simulation software includes Geant4(Europe),FLUKA(Europe),MCNP(USA),EGSnrc(Canada),SuperMC(China).The Monte Carlo numerical simulation model is established by tak-ing RET,a new generation residual oil and gas saturation logging instrument independently developed by China Oilfield Services Limited.Through the analysis of instrument measurement applicability range and sig-ma tailing phenomenon,it is believed that the lower limit of porosity of RET instrument in C/O mode of a certain oilfield in Indonesia is 18%,and sigma tailing is caused by lithology rather than pore gas content.Therefore,the application of Monte Carlo method in the field of nuclear logging is demonstrated.
