淠河总干渠钢渡槽充水试验研究OA
Study on the water filling test of the steel aqueduct in the main canal of the Pi River
为检验淠河总干渠钢渡槽的结构安全性与施工质量,同时为后期通水安全运行及工程验收提供技术支撑,对渡槽进行充水试验.试验首先合理确定最大充水水深,然后分级充水加载和卸载,实时监测钢渡槽主要截面应力应变、结构动力特性变化,观察渗漏情况,分析支座和伸缩缝工作状况,对钢渡槽的整体质量进行检验与评价.充水试验结果表明淠河总干渠钢渡槽结构、伸缩缝、支座等性能均满足设计要求,试验方案及成果分析评价方法可为同类工程建设提供参考.
To test the structural safety and construction quality of the steel aqueduct in the main canal of the Pi River,and to provide technical support for the safe operation and project acceptance during the later water conveyance phase,a water filling test was conducted on the aqueduct.The tests first need to reasonably determine the maximum water depth for filling,then load and unload the water in stages,monitor the stress-strain and structural dynamic characteristics of the main section of the steel aqueduct in real time,observe the leakage situation,analyze the working performance of the supports and expansion joints,and inspect and evaluate the overall quality of the steel aqueduct.The results of the water filling test indicate that the steel aque-duct structure,expansion joints,and supports of the Pi River main channel meet the design requirements.The research results can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
