Zero-carbon office buildings and campus solutions
摘要
Abstract
To promote green and low-carbon technological innovation and industrial upgrading in the field of construction,and to lead a green and low-carbon production and life style,a comprehensive and complete set of solutions for zero-carbon campuses such as office parks and campuses that are promotable and replicable is provided.Taking a certain office park as an example,the carbon emission effect is optimized through low-carbon building itself,photovoltaic power generation,smart low-carbon transportation in the park,efficient use of water resources,and smart microgrid of the park,etc.,and green electricity is introduced to offset the remaining carbon emissions;using digital twin technology to establish a digital intelligent monitoring platform for energy and carbon in the park,forming a whole-process,modular zero-carbon office park solution.The results show that the annual total carbon emission of the zero-carbon office park after carbon offsetting is 0,and it can obtain direct economic benefits of about 3.258 2 million yuan,and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1 674.65 t annually.关键词
