零碳办公建筑及园区解决方案OA

为推动建筑领域绿色低碳技术创新和产业升级,引领绿色低碳生产生活方式,提供全面完善的办公园区、校园等零碳园区可推广、可复制的整体解决方案.以某办公园区为例,通过建筑本体低碳化、光伏发电、园区智慧低碳交通、水资源高效利用和园区智能微网等技术,优化绿植景观增加碳汇效果,并引入绿色电力抵消余碳排放;利用数字孪生技术建立园区能碳数字化智慧监控平台,形成一套全过程、模块化的零碳办公园区整体解决方案.结果表明,该零碳办公园区经过碳抵消后的年碳排放总量为0,可获得直接经济收益约325.82万元,每年可减少二氧化碳排放1 674.65 t.

To promote green and low-carbon technological innovation and industrial upgrading in the field of construction,and to lead a green and low-carbon production and life style,a comprehensive and complete set of solutions for zero-carbon campuses such as office parks and campuses that are promotable and replicable is provided.Taking a certain office park as an example,the carbon emission effect is optimized through low-carbon building itself,photovoltaic power generation,smart low-carbon transportation in the park,efficient use of water resources,and smart microgrid of the park,etc.,and green electricity is introduced to offset the remaining carbon emissions;using digital twin technology to establish a digital intelligent monitoring platform for energy and carbon in the park,forming a whole-process,modular zero-carbon office park solution.The results show that the annual total carbon emission of the zero-carbon office park after carbon offsetting is 0,and it can obtain direct economic benefits of about 3.258 2 million yuan,and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1 674.65 t annually.
