基于免疫因子探索焦虑障碍的态靶辨治策略
Study on the"syndrome differentiation and target therapy"strategy for anxiety disorders based on immune factors

Abstract
Academician Tong Xiaolin creatively put forward the doctrine of"syndrome differentiation and target therapy",which organically integrates traditional Chinese medicine with modern medicine,comprehensively examines the characteristics and laws at each stage of disease development,and forms a bridge between modern diseases and TCM syndromes by applying cutting-edge scientific theories and research methods to promote the in-depth integration of Chinese and western medicine.According to the theoretical system of"syndrome differentiation and target therapy",this paper concludes that the general state of anxiety disorders can be characterized by"deficiency",and is manifested as"depression","deficiency","heat",and"damage"states at different severity levels.Learning from the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience and leveraging the progress of modern Chinese medicine pharmacology,this study works out the target formula for anxiety disorders,clarifies that their biological targets may involve regulating immune factors,and promotes the"microscopic syndrome differentiation"and"precise medication"in the treatment of anxiety disorders.关键词
