基于伏气温病理论探析慢性胰腺炎急性发作期诊疗思路
Diagnosis and treatment of acute attacks of chronic pancreatitis based on the theory of warm disease due to latent pathogenic qi
摘要
Abstract
Warm disease caused by latent pathogenic qi is a special type of warm disease closely related to recurrent chronic inflammatory diseases.Acute attacks of chronic pancreatitis exhibit the clinical characteristics that pathogenic factors lurk somewhere in the body while occur sometime in accordance with seasonal conditions, similar to those in warm disease due to pathogenic qi in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the theory of warm disease due to pathogenic qi,it is found that the main causes for an acute attack of chronic pancreatitis involve alcohol drinking, craputence and pathological changes in the gallbladder and pancreas. That is to say, improper diet can induce inner latent fire, which in turn leads to damp-heat and blood stasis, and obstruction of fu-qi,with their manifestations varying in accordance with affected areas, resulting in an acute attack of chronic pancreatitis ultimately. In the syndrome differentiation and treatment of an acute attack of chronic pancreatitis, the main principles feature determining the affected site, clearing interior heat, distinguishing between excess and deficiency, eliminating hidden pathogens, and conserving body fluids. This article discusses the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation as well as treatment of acute attacks of chronic pancreatitis from the perspective of warm disease due to latent pathogenic qi,expecting to provide new ideas and methods for its treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
