帕金森病病人接受团体康复运动体验的质性研究
Qualitative study of Parkinson's disease patients receiving group rehabilitation exercise experience
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the experience of patients with Parkinson's disease after receiving group rehabilitation exercise,and to provide reference for formulating related nursing programs.Methods:A descriptive research method was used to select 12 patients with Parkinson's disease for participative observation and semi-structured interview.The data were collated and analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological analysis and data convergence method.Results:A total of 3 themes and 6 subthemes were extracted,including the sense of benefit of training(recognition of training effects,relief of negative emotions,and enhancement of understanding of disease),fear of falling,and training needs(the need for improved training programs,the need for rehabilitation at home,the need for social support).Conclusions:Group rehabilitation exercise presents a good overall rehabilitation effect and experience,but there are still problems and demands.Medical staff should explore coping strategies according to the needs of patients and improve the nursing system of group rehabilitation exercise.关键词
