高等中医药院校西医内科学教学的创新探索
Innovative Exploration on Western Medicine Internal Medicine Teaching in Colleges and Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Western medicine is also one of the important clinical courses in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.However,Western medicine internal medicine is confronted with some problems such as crossing with Chinese medicine course,class time compression,and student foundation weakness,which increase the difficulty of learning.With the increasing demand for medical talents in modern society,clinical students in Chinese medicine colleges and universities also should master the theoretical basis of Western medicine and clinical diseases.In order to implement the national construction of new medical department,improve the teaching level of Western medicine internal medicine for TCM majors,and enhance the ability of undergraduates to analyze and solve clinical problems,the teaching and research department of the author has summarized different teaching modes for internal medicine majors,such as the responsibility system of main lecturer+teaching secretary,modern teaching methods+problem/case cutting teaching,and making full use of modern network and bedside teaching.It has achieved good teaching effect and has been widely recognized by teachers and students.This article summarizes the relevant teaching experience in order to provide some useful suggestions for the teaching of Western internal medicine in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities and improve the teaching level of Western internal medicine for undergraduates.关键词
