抑郁症患者经颅磁刺激治疗后脑涨落图神经递质参数的变化OACSTPCD
Influences of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with brain fluctuation map therapy on cognitive function and neurotransmitter levels in patients with depression
目的 探讨抑郁症患者重复经颅磁刺激治疗后脑涨落图神经递质功率变化的特点.方法 选取2021年6月至2022年11月于石家庄市第八医院进行治疗的200例抑郁症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组.对照组患者采用文拉法辛治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上加用重复经颅磁刺激治疗,于治疗前、后对所有患者进行脑涨落图检查,比较治疗后认知功能、神经递质水平.结果 治疗组总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2、6周,治疗组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分为(15.88±3.96)分和(12.74±3.51)分,低于对照组的(19.72±4.67)分和(16.65±4.12)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗6周,治疗组患者错误应答数低于对照组(P<0.001),正确应答数、完成分类数、总应答数分数均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6周,治疗组患者去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺指标功率值为(198.63±38.57)及(115.27±12.71),高于对照组的(175.67±34.86)及(101.23±12.46),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 重复经颅磁刺激治疗能够改善抑郁症患者认知功能,有效调节神经递质水平.
Objective To explore the characteristics of brain fluctuation map in detecting the changes of neuro-transmitter power after repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(RTMS)in patients with depression.Methods From June 2021 to November 2022,200 patients with depression who were treated in Shijiazhuang Eighth Hospital were taken as the research objects and randomly grouped into two groups.All patients underwent brain fluctuation map exami-nation.The patients in the control group were treated with venlafaxine,and the patients in the treatment group were trea-ted with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation based on control group.After treatment,all patients were examined by brain fluctuation map again,and the cognitive function and neurotransmitter levels were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale in the treatment group were 15.88±3.96 and 12.74±3.51,which were lower than those in the control group(19.72±4.67 and 16.65±4.12),and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the number of false responses in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001),but the number of correct responses,the number of completed classification and the number of total responses were higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Six weeks after treatment,the power values of norepinephrine and dopamine in the treatment group were 198.63±38.57 and 115.27±12.71,which were higher than those in the control group(175.67±34.86 and 101.23±12.46),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve the cognitive function of patients with depression and effectively regulate the level of neurotransmitters.
