Research on Camellia oleifera fruit harvesting machinery and sorting technology
油茶是我国特有的木本油料作物,发展油茶产业,有利于丰富我国食用植物油供给体系,促进农民增收.近年来,我国油茶的种植和产量逐年提高,传统的人工作业已越来越难以适应油茶产业的发展.油茶的采收、分选等是油茶生产加工过程中的重要环节,提高油茶采收和果壳籽粒分选的机械化、智能化可有效提升作业效率,降低人工成本,对油茶产业良性发展至关重要.首先,介绍了油茶的基本生物特性和国内种植现状;其次,分别对油茶果的采收方法,如人工采摘、半机械化采摘、机械化采摘、智能化采摘进行了总结和分类,同时对油茶果果壳籽粒分选方法,包括机械分选、机器视觉分选等进行了总结分析,在此基础上,对油茶果常用采收方法以及油茶果果壳籽粒分选技术进行对比分析;再次,总结了油茶果采收及果壳籽粒分选存在的问题和发展趋势;最后,给出了现阶段我国油茶果机械化采收和油茶果果壳籽粒分选的总体发展情况及需要解决问题的方向.系统介绍了油茶果采摘机械采收和油茶果分选装备及关键技术,可为油茶果采摘及分选装备研发提供参考..
Camellia oleifera is a unique woody oil crop in China,and the development of the C.oleifera industry is conducive to enriching the supply system of edible vegetable oil in China and promoting the economic income of far-mers.In recent years,since the plantation and production of C.oleifera in China have steadily increased year by year,more and more problems caused by traditional manual operations for the harvesting have limited the development of the C.oleifera industry.Improvement of the mechanization and intelligence applications of C.oleifera fruit harvesting and husk and grain sorting can effectively enhance operation efficiency and reduce labor costs,which is very important for the healthy development of C.oleifera industry.Firstly,the basic biological characteristics and planting status of C.oleifera were systematically introduced.Secondly,the harvesting methods of C.oleifera fruit,such as manual picking,semi-mechanized picking,mechanized picking,and intelligent picking,were summarized and classified in detail.At the same time,the sorting methods of shell and grain of C.oleifera fruit,including mechanical sorting method and machine vision sorting method,were summarized and analyzed.On this basis,the common harvesting methods of C.oleifera fruit and the sorting technology of shell and grain of C.oleifera fruit were systematically com-pared.Thirdly,the problems and development trends in C.oleifera fruit harvesting machinery and husk and grain sor-ting equipment were summarized.Finally,the overall development of mechanized harvesting and husk grain sorting of C.oleifera fruit in China at this stage and the direction of solving the problems are provided.The author systematically introduces the mechanical harvesting methods of C.oleifera fruit picking,C.oleifera fruit sorting equipment and key technologies,which can provide reference for the research and development of C.oleifera fruit picking and sorting e-quipment.In the development of the C.oleifera industry chain,mechanized harvesting,and intelligent sorting would be the future development trend.With the continuous and high-quality development of China's camellia industry,it would inject new vitality into the development of China's agriculture and forestry economy and would also create more economic income and employment opportunities for China's farmers.
