定制家具板件在质量检测流水线中包含大量运输环节,在加工阶段与质检流水线之间转移板件时,因传送板件的周转车数量少于流水线数量,流水线之间存在竞争使用周转车的现象,造成检验设备空转.本研究以某定制家具生产企业的质检流水线为例,借助Petri网设计了定制家具板件质检流水线模型,然后使用Tina软件仿真,验证了模型与实际系统的一致性.通过Petri网的可达性树分析和关联矩阵分析,研究了流水线各个单元之间的调度关系,结果表明:该质检流水线能够保持运行状态,运行过程中无须额外调度周转车.板件从暂存区运送至检验平台的过程中,运输周转车之间存在竞争与冲突,造成运输效率降低.流水线等待周转车的时间上限没有保证,可能出现长期等待周转车的情况.针对以上问题,通过优化Petri网给出了一种改进方案,降低了不同流水线间的竞争冲突.模拟实验结果显示,改进后的方案显著加快了运输速度,验证了改进方案的有效性.本研究借助Petri网形式化地分析了定制家具质检环节,准确地刻画了作为柔性系统的质检流水线的特征,对其分析和优化提供了思路.

Customized furniture panels undergo a substantial number of transportation links within the quality inspection assembly line.During the transfer of panels between the processing stage and the quality inspection assembly line,a notable challenge arises from the inadequate number of transport vehicles available for panel transportation,leading to intense competition between assembly lines for their utilization.This competition,in turn,results in the idling of criti-cal inspection equipment,impacting the overall efficiency of the quality inspection process.Taking a customized furni-ture manufacturer's quality inspection assembly line as a representative example,this research utilized Petri nets to de-sign a model tailored to the characteristics of the customized furniture panel quality inspection assembly line.Subse-quent simulation using the Tina software validated the model's consistency with the actual system,facilitating a com-prehensive understanding of the complex operational dynamics.This study delved into the scheduling relationships a-mong each unit of the assembly line through the reachability tree analysis and correlation matrix analysis of the Petri net.The findings revealed that the quality inspection assembly line can maintain operational status without necessitating additional scheduling of transport vehicles during its functioning.However,a considerable bottleneck emerged during the transportation of boards from the staging area to the inspection platform,being marked by competition and con-flicts among transport vehicles and ultimately resulting in affecting the transportation efficiency.The absence of a gua-ranteed time limit for waiting transport vehicles in the assembly line introduced the potential for prolonged waiting pe-riods,thereby posing an additional challenge to the operational efficiency of the assembly line.To address these com-plex issues,an improvement scheme was proposed through the optimization of the Petri net,strategically reducing competition and conflicts between different assembly lines.Simulation experiment results validated the efficacy of the improved scheme,demonstrating a substantial acceleration in transportation speed and thereby affirming its effective-ness in addressing the identified challenges.In conclusion,this study systematically formalized the quality inspection link of customized furniture using Petri nets,providing an accurate portrayal of the characteristics of the quality in-spection assembly line as a flexible system.Furthermore,it offered valuable insights and ideas for the analysis and op-timization of similar assembly lines in the realm of customized furniture manufacturing.
