Research on Rural Human Resource Development Paths:A Case Study of Xinchang Village in Huishui County,Guizhou Province
乡村人力资源开发较城镇而言相对缓慢,而开发乡村人力资源是实施乡村振兴的关键环节.本文以贵州省惠水县新场村作为研究对象,通过实地调研新场村人力资源发展现状,分析乡村振兴战略背景下新场村人力资源开发面临的困难,表现在人力资源大量转移、教育资源不足、城乡差距大、产业发展受限等问题.文章针对新场村情况给出具有针对性的对策建议,以期为区域乡村人力资源开发提供参考.
Rural human resources development progresses relatively slowly compared to urban areas,yet it is a crucial aspect of implementing rural revitalization.This study takes Xinchang village,Huishui county,Guizhou province as the research subject.Through on-site investigations,the current status of human resources development in Xinchang village is examined.The analysis highlights the difficulties faced by Xinchang village in rural human resources development under the backdrop of rural revitalization strategy.These difficulties manifest in significant human resource migration,inadequate educational resources,large urban-rural disparities,and restricted industrial development.Tailored strategic suggestions are provided based on the situation in Xinchang village,aiming to offer insights for regional rural human resources development.
