Construction of risk management training course for anesthesia nursing
目的 构建适合我国麻醉护理人员麻醉护理风险管理培训课程,为麻醉护理教育提供实践依据.方法 以ADDIE教学模型为理论基础,结合文献分析、质性访谈拟定培训课程初稿,通过德尔菲法对 26名专家进行 2轮函询,根据咨询结果筛选、优化条目池,构建麻醉护理风险管理培训课程.结果 2轮专家函询问卷回收率为 73%、85%;专家权威系数为 0.895、0.909;肯德尔和谐系数为 0.347～0.497(P＜0.001)、0.371～0.372(P＜0.001);变异系数为 0～0.30、0～0.18.最终形成麻醉护理风险管理培训课程,由 29 个条目组成.结论 研究构建的麻醉护理风险管理培训课程较为可靠,且具有科学性,对麻醉护理风险培训具有参考意义.
Objectives To construct a training course of anesthesia nursing risk management suitable for anesthesia nurses in China,and to provide practical reference for Chinese anesthesia nursing education.Methods Based on the theoretical basis of ADDIE teaching model,combined with literature review and qualitative interview,the first draft of the training course was developed.Two rounds of consultation were carried out among 26 experts through Delphi method.According to the consultation,the item pool was screened and optimized to construct the anesthesia nursing risk management training course.Results The recovery rate the two rounds of expert consultation was 73%and 85%,and the expert authority coefficient 0.895 and 0.909,respectively.Kendall concordance coefficient ranged from 0.347 to 0.497(P＜0.001)and from 0.371 to 0.372(P＜0.001),respectively.The coefficient of variation was 0～0.30,and 0～0.18.The final course consisted of 29 items.Conclusion The training course of anesthesia nursing risk management constructed in this study is reliable and scientific,and has significance for anesthesia nursing risk training
