Abstract
Objectives To construct a training course of anesthesia nursing risk management suitable for anesthesia nurses in China,and to provide practical reference for Chinese anesthesia nursing education.Methods Based on the theoretical basis of ADDIE teaching model,combined with literature review and qualitative interview,the first draft of the training course was developed.Two rounds of consultation were carried out among 26 experts through Delphi method.According to the consultation,the item pool was screened and optimized to construct the anesthesia nursing risk management training course.Results The recovery rate the two rounds of expert consultation was 73%and 85%,and the expert authority coefficient 0.895 and 0.909,respectively.Kendall concordance coefficient ranged from 0.347 to 0.497(P＜0.001)and from 0.371 to 0.372(P＜0.001),respectively.The coefficient of variation was 0～0.30,and 0～0.18.The final course consisted of 29 items.Conclusion The training course of anesthesia nursing risk management constructed in this study is reliable and scientific,and has significance for anesthesia nursing risk training关键词
