提高手术室药品间麻精药品管理质量的PDCA实践OACSTPCD
PDCA practice for management quality improvement of narcotics and psychotropic drug in operating room
目的 运用PDCA循环管理法提高手术室药品间麻精药品管理质量.方法 通过对 2023年 7-9月手术室药品间麻精药品领取时间、麻醉医师对药品间工作满意度进行现状调查,10-12月应用PDCA循环质量管理法,比较干预前后麻精药品领取时间和麻醉医师满意度.结果 应用PDCA循环管理后麻精药品领取时间由(56.04±2.09)min缩短至(28.13±1.65)min,麻醉医师满意度由(83.47±7.34)分提高至(95.11±4.65)分,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 运用PDCA循环管理方法提高了麻醉手术室医护人员麻精药品认知,加强了药品管理培训,改善了麻精药品准备不全或错误、耗时长等问题,有效缩短了麻精药品领取时间,提高了麻醉医师对药品间药品管理工作的满意度.
Objective To improve the management quality of narcotic and psychotropic drug in the operating room by using PDCA Cycle,and to test its application effect.Methods The retrieval time of narcotic and psychotropic drug in the operating room and the anesthesiologist's satisfaction with the drug management before(from July to September 2023)and after the PDCA practice(from October to December 2023)were compared.Results After the application of PDCA Cycle,the retrieval time of narcotic and psychotropic drug was shortened from(56.04±2.09)min to(28.13±1.65)min;the satisfaction of anesthesiologists was improved from(83.47±7.341)points to(95.11±4.65)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of the PDCA Cycle can help enhance medical staff's awareness of narcotic and psychotropic drug in operating room.It can strengthen training on drug management to address issues such as incomplete or incorrect preparation of narcotic and psychotropic drug.This approach can effectively shorten the time needed for anesthesiologists to obtain the drugs.It can also improve anesthesiologists'satisfaction with the management of narcotic and psychotropic drug.
