提高手术室药品间麻精药品管理质量的PDCA实践
PDCA practice for management quality improvement of narcotics and psychotropic drug in operating room
摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the management quality of narcotic and psychotropic drug in the operating room by using PDCA Cycle,and to test its application effect.Methods The retrieval time of narcotic and psychotropic drug in the operating room and the anesthesiologist's satisfaction with the drug management before(from July to September 2023)and after the PDCA practice(from October to December 2023)were compared.Results After the application of PDCA Cycle,the retrieval time of narcotic and psychotropic drug was shortened from(56.04±2.09)min to(28.13±1.65)min;the satisfaction of anesthesiologists was improved from(83.47±7.341)points to(95.11±4.65)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of the PDCA Cycle can help enhance medical staff's awareness of narcotic and psychotropic drug in operating room.It can strengthen training on drug management to address issues such as incomplete or incorrect preparation of narcotic and psychotropic drug.This approach can effectively shorten the time needed for anesthesiologists to obtain the drugs.It can also improve anesthesiologists'satisfaction with the management of narcotic and psychotropic drug.关键词
