液晶盒闪屏改善机理研究OA

显示面板在切割、多次点灯、偏光片贴附测试或在模组制作过程中均会造成电荷残留累积,液晶盒状态下未能有效释放残留电荷导致闪屏.通过实物观察、程序调试、高温静置和闪屏现象复现等实验验证得出闪屏改善机理.对现有点灯治具进行模块升级(电压发生器及延长放电模块),首先通过提高刷新频率减少像素充电时间,其次是通过降低数据信号电压减少像素充电量,最后通过延长像素放电时间确保像素内电荷彻底释放.合入以上改善措施后将液晶盒闪屏不良彻底改善(不良发生率 7%),有效提升产品良率.

The display panel will cause charge residual accumulation in the process of cutting,lighting multiple times,polarizer attachment test or module production,and the failure to release the residual charge in the LCD state will lead to the flashing screen.Through physical observation,program debugging,high-temperature static,flashing screen phenomenon recurrence and other experiments,the flashing screen improvement mechanism is verified.To upgrade the module of the existing lighting fixture(voltage generator and extended discharge module),it is proposed,firstly,to reduce the pixel charging time by increasing the refresh frequency;Secondly,to reduce the pixel charge by reducing the data signal voltage;And finally,to ensure the complete release of charge in the pixel by prolonging the pixel discharge time.Through combining the above improvement measures,the LCD splash screen defect will be completely improved(the bad incidence rate is 7%),and the product yield can be effectively improved.
