积极心理暗示联合社会支持与团体治疗对住院耐药结核患者心理健康的应用研究OACSTPCD
A Study on the Application of Positive Psychological Cues Combined with Social Support and Group Therapy to the Mental Health of Hospitalized Patients with Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis
目的 探究积极心理暗示联合社会支持与团体治疗对住院耐药结核患者心理健康的影响.方法 前瞻性选取2020年1月至2022年6月在本院收治的住院耐药结核患者274例为研究对象.按随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,均137例.对照组给予积极心理暗示联合社会支持护理,研究组给予积极心理暗示联合团体认知行为治疗护理,两组均干预3个月.比较两组干预前后应对方式、社会支持、自我感受负担的差异.结果 研究结果显示,两组患者干预后的面对得分与干预前相比均显著升高(P＜0.05),回避、屈服得分与干预前相比均显著降低(P＜0.05),且研究组与对照组相比得分变化更明显(P＜0.05);两组患者干预后的社会支持得分与干预前相比均显著提高(P＜0.05),且研究组与对照组相比社会支持的得分增加更明显(P＜0.05);研究组身体负担、情感负担、SPBS总分分值比对照组下降更显著(P＜0.05).结论 积极心理暗示疗法联合社会支持与团体治疗可改善耐药结核病患者身心状态、提高医学面对应对方式,缓解自我感受负担程度,且联合团体治疗护理效果更显著.
Objective To investigate the impact of positive psychological suggestion therapy combined with social support and group therapy of hospitalized drug-resistant tuberculosis patients.Methods 274 cases of hospitalized drug-resistant tuberculo-sis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were prospectively selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into research group and control group,with 137 cases in each group.The control group was given positive psychological suggestion combined with social support nursing,the research group was given positive psy-chological suggestion combined with group cognitive-behavioral therapy nursing,and both groups were intervened for 3 months.Comparison of the two groups before and after the intervention of the differences in coping style,social support,self-perceived bur-den was carried out.Results The results of the study showed that the confrontation scores of the patients in both groups after the intervention were significantly higher comparing with the pre-intervention period(P＜0.05),the avoidance and submission scores were significantly lower comparing with the pre-intervention period(P＜0.05),and the changes in the scores of the study group were more pronounced comparing with the control group(P＜0.05);The social support scores of the patients in both groups after the intervention were significantly higher compared to the pre-intervention period(P＜0.05)and the the score of social support was more significant in the study group compared to the control group(P＜0.05);Physical burden,emotional burden,and SPBS total scores decreased more significantly in the study group compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Positive psychologi-cal suggestion therapy combined with social support and group therap can improve the physical and mental state of drug-resistant tuberculosis patients,improve the way of coping with medical confrontation,relieve the degree of self-feeling burden,and the effect of combined group therapeutic nursing is more significant.
