为了提高煤炭回采率,实现煤炭完全、绿色开采,车村煤矿一号井综采工作面借鉴临近煤矿的成功经验,进行了预裂切顶沿空留巷技术实践.运用放炮预裂,控制炮眼位置、角度及装药量,增加单体液压支柱临时支护,切断"砌体梁""传力岩梁"的应力传递,改变老顶位态,优化围岩应力分布.将3101综采工作面运输顺槽留做3102综采工作面回风顺槽使用,取消上下工作面间预留煤柱,排除煤柱引发的煤层自然发火隐患,减少煤炭资源浪费,缓解工作面接续,从而实现综采工作面沿空留巷的安全高效开采.

In order to improve coal mining rate and realize fully green mining,the successful experiences of nearby coal mines are introduced to No.1 shaft of Checun Coal Mine,and the technical practice of gob-side entry retaining by pre-frac-ture roof cutting is carried out.The stress distribution of surrounding rock is optimized by blasting pre-fracture,control of blasting hole's location,angle and explosive doses;increasing the temporary support of single hydraulic support,cutting the stress transfer of voussoir beam,and change of old roof posture.The mechanized working face of 3101 is retained as the re-turn air entry of the 3102 working face,and the retained coal pillars between the upper and lower working face are canceled,thus avoiding coal pillar-caused spontaneous combustion of coal seam,reducing the waste of coal resources,easing the issue of working face's continuity,and realizing the safe and efficient mining of working face's gob-side entry retaining.
