不同基肥配施对朝天椒产量和加工品质的影响OACSTPCD

Effects of different base fertilizer combinations on yield and processing quality of pod pepper

以加工型朝天椒新品种'明椒10号'为材料,采用L9(34)正交设计研究不同肥料处理对加工型朝天椒主要经济性状、产量及加工品质的影响.结果表明:施用复合肥、有机肥、生物炭和生物菌肥作为基肥对朝天椒主要经济性状均有一定的影响.4种肥料对朝天椒产量的影响大小依次为复合肥>生物菌肥>生物炭>有机肥;对二氢辣椒素含量、辣椒素含量、色价影响大小依次为有机肥>复合肥>生物炭>生物菌肥;对油脂含量、挥发性物质数量、含水量影响大小依次为有机肥>生物炭>复合肥>生物菌肥.试验表明,在生产上加工型朝天椒最佳施肥组合为A2B3C3D3,即基肥施用复合肥750 kg/hm2、有机肥4 500 kg/hm2、生物炭4 500 kg/hm2及生物菌肥1 500 kg/hm2.朝天椒优质高产施肥原则是基肥适量施用复合肥,配施有机肥、生物炭和生物菌肥,实现化肥减量增效.

The effects of different fertilizer treatments on the main economic traits,yield and processing quality of processing pod pepper were studied by L9(34)orthogonal design with'Mingjiao 10',a new processing pod pepper variety.The results showed that the application of compound fertilizer,organic fertilizer,biochar and microbial fertilizer as base fertilizers had a certain impact on the main economic traits of pod pepper.The impact of 4 fertilizers on the yield of pod pepper was in the following order:compound fertilizer>microbial fertilizer>biochar>organic fertilizer;The impact on dihydrocapsaicin content,capsaicin content and color value was organic fertilizer>compound fertilizer>biochar>microbial fertilizer;The impact on oil content,volatile matter quantity and water content was organic fertilizer>biochar>composite fertilizer>microbial fertilizer.The experiment showed that the optimal fertilization combination for processing pod pepper in production was A2B3C3D3,which meant applying 750 kg/hm2 of compound fertilizer,4 500 kg/hm2 of organic fertilizer,4 500 kg/hm2 of biochar,and 1 500 kg/hm2 of microbial fertilizer as base fertilizer.The principle of high-quality and high-yield fertilization for pod pepper was to apply a moderate amount of compound fertilizer as base fertilizer,combined with organic fertilizer,biochar and microbial fertilizer,to realize fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement.
