不同基肥配施对朝天椒产量和加工品质的影响
Effects of different base fertilizer combinations on yield and processing quality of pod pepper
摘要
Abstract
The effects of different fertilizer treatments on the main economic traits,yield and processing quality of processing pod pepper were studied by L9(34)orthogonal design with'Mingjiao 10',a new processing pod pepper variety.The results showed that the application of compound fertilizer,organic fertilizer,biochar and microbial fertilizer as base fertilizers had a certain impact on the main economic traits of pod pepper.The impact of 4 fertilizers on the yield of pod pepper was in the following order:compound fertilizer＞microbial fertilizer＞biochar＞organic fertilizer;The impact on dihydrocapsaicin content,capsaicin content and color value was organic fertilizer＞compound fertilizer＞biochar＞microbial fertilizer;The impact on oil content,volatile matter quantity and water content was organic fertilizer＞biochar＞composite fertilizer＞microbial fertilizer.The experiment showed that the optimal fertilization combination for processing pod pepper in production was A2B3C3D3,which meant applying 750 kg/hm2 of compound fertilizer,4 500 kg/hm2 of organic fertilizer,4 500 kg/hm2 of biochar,and 1 500 kg/hm2 of microbial fertilizer as base fertilizer.The principle of high-quality and high-yield fertilization for pod pepper was to apply a moderate amount of compound fertilizer as base fertilizer,combined with organic fertilizer,biochar and microbial fertilizer,to realize fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement.关键词
