Effects of composite enzyme preparations on growth performance,nutrients apparent digestibility,immune function,and mutton quality of mutton sheep
试验旨在探索复合酶制剂对肉羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、免疫功能和肉品质的影响.采用随机区组设计法将120只肉羊平均分为4组,分别为对照组(基础饲粮)、试验组A(基础饲粮+1.0g/kg复合酶制剂)、试验组B(基础饲粮+2.0 g/kg复合酶制剂)和试验组C(基础饲粮+4.0 g/kg复合酶制剂),每组6个重复,每个重复5只肉羊.预试期为7 d,正式试验期为90 d.结果显示:试验组C肉羊平均日增重显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于其他各组(P<0.05).所有试验组肉羊粗蛋白、粗脂肪、干物质、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、钙的表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).试验组C肉羊血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量及脾脏指数均显著高于其他各组(P<0.05).试验组C肉羊胴体重和羊肉pH24h值显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),蒸煮损失、滴水损失显著低于其他各组(P<0.05).试验组B和试验组C肉羊剪切力显著低于试验组A和对照组(P<0.05).研究表明,复合酶制剂能够提高肉羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、免疫功能和肉品质,且4.0 g/kg复合酶制剂添加量应用效果较好.
The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effects of composite enzyme preparation on the growth performance,nutrients apparent digestibility,immune function,and mutton quality of mutton sheep.A total of 120 mutton sheep were divided into four groups by random block design method,with six replicates in each group and five mutton sheep in each replicate:Control group(basal diet),experimental group A(basal diet+1.0 g/kg composite enzyme preparation),experimental group B(basal diet+2.0 g/kg composite enzyme preparation),and experimental group C(basal diet+4.0 g/kg composite enzyme preparation).The pre-test lasted for seven days and the formal test lasted for 90 days.The results showed that the average daily gain of the mutton sheep in the experimental group C was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio was significantly lower than that in other groups(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein,crude fat,dry matter,acid detergent fiber,neutral detergent fiber,and calcium in all the experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),and spleen index of mutton sheep in the experimental group C were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The carcass weight and pH24h value of mutton sheep in the experimental group C were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05),while the cooking loss and drip loss were significantly lower than those of other groups(P<0.05).The shear stress of experimental group B and group C was significantly lower than that of experimental group A and control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that the composite enzyme preparation can improve the growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,immune function,and mutton quality of mutton sheep,and the application of 4.0 g/kg composite enzyme preparation has the better effect.
