新医科背景下医学院校有机化学教学改革探索OA
Teaching reform in organic chemistry for medical undergraduates under the background of"New Medicine"
在新医科背景下坚持医-理融合是培养卓越医学人才的重要方法.有机化学作为一门经典的理学学科,能为培养卓越医学人才服务.为了适应新医科背景下人才培养模式,陆军军医大学化学教研室对有机化学课程进行了改革探索,包括育人目标和教学理念的更新,教学资源库和课程思政的建设,教学方法改革和教学团队建设等.教学实践发现,课程改革后能较大幅度提高学员的科学素养和创新能力,完善学员知识体系,较好地实现医-理融合.
Integration of medicine and science is an important method for cultivating excellent medical talents under the background of New Medicine.Organic chemistry,as a classic course of science,helps to cultivate outstanding medical talents.In order to adapt to the talent cultivation model under the background of"New Medicine",the teaching team reformed the organic chemistry course,inclu-ding updating educational goals and teaching concepts,constructing teaching resources library,integrating ideological and political education with classroom teaching,reforming teaching methods,and building teaching teams.The teaching reform can significantly improve the scientific literacy and innovation ability in students,improve their knowledge system,and achieve integration of medicine and science.
