为了更好地开展铁路港站运输组织工作,提高铁路港站生产组织质量,以铁路港站作业流程为基础,将铁路港站生产组织作业划分为到达、解体、装车、卸车、取送车、清车底、编组、出发8项作业环节,剖析其运输生产组织影响因素,构建全流程的铁路港站生产组织质量评价指标体系,设计各项评价指标的量化方法和等级参照标准,利用熵权-CRITIC计算各项指标的组合权重,建立铁路港站生产组织质量灰色综合评价模型,通过案例分析对模型进行验证.结果表明,利用组合权重法求取的指标权重分布更为均衡,评价结果波动率更低、准确性更强;该研究方法可以发现铁路港站生产作业的潜在问题,能够为铁路港站生产组织决策提供参考,辅助铁路港站货物运输高效运行.

To better carry out the transportation organization work of railway terminals and improve the production organization quality of railway terminals,the production organization of railway terminals was divided into eight operational procedures:arrival,disassembly,loading,unloading,vehicle fetching and sending,cleaning up the bottom of the train,marshalling and departure,based on the operation flow of railway terminal operations.By analyzing the influencing factors of production organization,a comprehensive quality evaluation index system for railway terminal production organization was constructed.Quantification methods and grade reference standards for various evaluation indexes were designed.Entropy weight-CRITIC was used to calculate the combined weight of each index,and a grey comprehensive evaluation model for railway terminal production organization quality was established.The model was verified through case analysis.The results show that the index weight distribution obtained by the combined weight method is more balanced,and the evaluation results have lower volatility and stronger accuracy.This research method can help discover potential problems in the production process of railway terminals,guide production organization decisions,and assist in the efficient operation of freight transportation at railway terminals.
