铁路港站生产组织质量评价指标体系与评价方法研究
Quality Evaluation Index System and Method for Production Organization of Railway Terminals
摘要
Abstract
To better carry out the transportation organization work of railway terminals and improve the production organization quality of railway terminals,the production organization of railway terminals was divided into eight operational procedures:arrival,disassembly,loading,unloading,vehicle fetching and sending,cleaning up the bottom of the train,marshalling and departure,based on the operation flow of railway terminal operations.By analyzing the influencing factors of production organization,a comprehensive quality evaluation index system for railway terminal production organization was constructed.Quantification methods and grade reference standards for various evaluation indexes were designed.Entropy weight-CRITIC was used to calculate the combined weight of each index,and a grey comprehensive evaluation model for railway terminal production organization quality was established.The model was verified through case analysis.The results show that the index weight distribution obtained by the combined weight method is more balanced,and the evaluation results have lower volatility and stronger accuracy.This research method can help discover potential problems in the production process of railway terminals,guide production organization decisions,and assist in the efficient operation of freight transportation at railway terminals.关键词
