摘要
Abstract
As an important factor of production and a fundamental national strategic resource,data has become a new driving force to promote the digital transformation of the economy and society and the innovative development of the country.Data circula-tion and trading can maximize the potential value of data and improve the competitiveness and innovation ability of the digital econ-omy and industry.China has good conditions for the development of the data trading market,and most provinces and cities across the country have also launch a new round of construction process.On the basis of summarizing the measures and characteristics of the construction of data trading markets in the world's major economies,such as the United States and the European Union,this paper analyzes the whole development situation and practical characteristics of data element trading markets in China and its prov-inces and cities,so as to put forward the development trend in the future.关键词
