How Digital Technology Drives the Development of New Quality Productive Forces?Taking Specialized and Innovative Enterprises as the Principal Implementer

Abstract
With the in-depth development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,new quality productive forces has emerged as a core engine driving the high-quality economic development in China.Against this backdrop,this study focuses on"specialized,refined,unique,and innovative"(hereinafter referred to as"SRUI")enterprises to explore how digital technology can empower these enterprises and thus drive the development of new quality productive forces.The objective is to reveal the intrinsic linkage between digital technology and SRUI enterprises,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the formation of new quality productive forces. Adopting the analytical logic of"new quality productive forces-three core elements-SRUI enterprises-digital technology empowerment,"this research first deconstructs the formation mechanism of new quality productive forces from a macro perspective,encompassing three core elements:revolutionary technological breakthroughs,innovative allocation of production factors,and deep industrial transformation and upgrading.Subsequently,it delves into the characteristics of SRUI enterprises and examines how these enterprises carry and promote the realization of the three core elements.Finally,based on the enabling roles of digital technology in aspects such as sustained innovation,digital economy,core competitiveness,and digital talent cultivation,the study analyzes the mechanism by which SRUI enterprises achieve the development of new quality productive forces. During the research process,an in-depth analysis of the connotation,characteristics,and catalyzing factors of new quality productive forces was conducted,leading to the construction of a logical relationship diagram for new quality productive forces elements.Furthermore,by combining cases of SRUI enterprises,the specific role of digital technology in the development of new quality productive forces was explored.Digital technology facilitates SRUI enterprises in deeply exploring market demands,driving technological innovation and industrial upgrading through sustained innovation.In terms of the digital economy,digital technology promotes refined management and efficient operations,enhancing the competitiveness of SRUI enterprises.Additionally,digital technology optimizes resource allocation and stimulates core competitiveness,driving the unique development of SRUI enterprises.Finally,digital technology cultivates high-quality and specialized digital talents,providing strong support for the novel leap of SRUI enterprises. The study finds that SRUI enterprises,through digital technology empowerment,can achieve the aggregation of diverse elements and innovative development,providing robust support for the formation of new quality productive forces.Digital technology plays a crucial role in improving enterprise operational efficiency,promoting technological innovation,and driving industrial upgrading.Meanwhile,SRUI enterprises,with their specialized,refined,unique,and innovative characteristics,become a vital force and carrier for the development of new quality productive forces.By empowering SRUI enterprises,digital technology drives their continuous innovation,industrial upgrading,and transformation,injecting new vitality into the development of new quality productive forces.Policy makers are advised to focus on the deep integration of digital technology and SRUI enterprises,providing more support and assistance to these enterprises,so as to promote the rapid development of new quality productive forces and high-quality economic development. This research not only enriches the theoretical framework of new quality productivity but also provides practical guidance for the innovative development and digital transformation of SRUI enterprises.By closely integrating digital technology with SRUI enterprises and the development of new quality productivity,it reveals the significant role of digital technology in empowering SRUI enterprises and driving the development of new quality productive forces.Additionally,this study offers targeted policy suggestions and development strategies for both governments and enterprises,carrying significant policy implications and academic exchange value.关键词
