高效液相色谱法测定金银花中绿原酸及木犀草苷含量
Determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Galuteolin in Honeysuckle by HPLC

Abstract
This paper established a reverse high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)technique for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin in honeysuckle.The ultrasonic extraction method was used for pretreatment,and the extraction solvent,extraction temperature and flow conditions were optimized.The results showed that the chlorogenic acid and galuteolin showed a good linear relationship over 0.5-100.0 mg/mL and correlation coefficients above 0.999.Recovery rate was 96%-108%,the RSD of repeatability was 2.05%and 2.44%,respectively.The method was simple and accurate,and it could be suitable for the determination of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin in fresh honeysuckle.关键词
