针对番茄生产中存在的病虫害加重、产量较低等情况,探究了不同氮钾肥施用量对番茄产量和品质的影响.本试验在同等磷肥水平的基础上,研究了不同氮钾肥施用量下番茄的植株直径和产量,记录了番茄果实色泽以及脐腐病的发生情况,并测定了番茄果实的VC、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、柠檬酸等指标.结果表明,在番茄生长发育过程中,氮、钾的交互作用最为显著,且呈现出正效应;氮钾比为 1∶1.6 时,植株成熟直径最大,为 45.37 mm,产量最高可达1 339.69 g/株.各处理在VC、硝酸盐、可溶性糖、有机酸含量和糖酸比等方面无显著差异.

In response to the worsening of pests and diseases and low yield in tomato production,this experiment studied the plant diameter and yield of tomatoes under different nitrogen and potassium fertilizer application rates,recorded the color of tomato fruits and the occurrence of navel rot,and measured the indicators of VC,soluble sugar,soluble solids,and citric acid of tomato.The results showed that the interactions of nitrogen and potassium were the most significant and positive,and when the nitrogen to potassium ratio was 1∶1.6,the maximum mature diameter of the plant was 45.37 mm,and the highest yield of a plant was 1 339.69 g.No significant differences were shown between treatments in VC,nitrate,soluble sugars,organic acid and sugar acid ratios.
