Study on the Upgrading of Fuzhou Edible Fungi Industry from the Perspective of Industrial Chain
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the yield and output value of edible fungi in Fuzhou have continued to grow steadily,and the edible fungus industry,as a characteristic industry in Fuzhou,has contributed to economic development,and is also a pillar industry to increase farmers'income and help the strategy of rural revitalization.This paper summarized the planting scale and varieties,government support,production and sales status of Fuzhou city,deeply analyzed the problems existing in the industrial chain,and put forward the countermeasures for the upgrading and development of the edible fungus industry from the aspects of variety breeding,innovative business formats,cultivating leading enterprises,strengthening training and guidance,and brand building.关键词
