近年来,福州市食用菌产量与产值均持续稳步增长,食用菌产业作为福州市特色产业,为经济发展贡献了巨大力量,同时也是实现农民增收、助力乡村振兴的支柱产业.本文对福州市食用菌的种植规模与品种、政府支持情况、生产和销售状况进行了概括,深入分析了其产业链环节存在的问题,并从品种选育、创新业态、培育龙头企业、加强培训指导、品牌建设等方面提出食用菌产业升级的对策.

In recent years,the yield and output value of edible fungi in Fuzhou have continued to grow steadily,and the edible fungus industry,as a characteristic industry in Fuzhou,has contributed to economic development,and is also a pillar industry to increase farmers'income and help the strategy of rural revitalization.This paper summarized the planting scale and varieties,government support,production and sales status of Fuzhou city,deeply analyzed the problems existing in the industrial chain,and put forward the countermeasures for the upgrading and development of the edible fungus industry from the aspects of variety breeding,innovative business formats,cultivating leading enterprises,strengthening training and guidance,and brand building.
