脑小血管病中APOE4携带与认知及步态的关系研究
The relationship between APOE4,cognition and task gait in patients with cerebral small vessel disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the correlation of APOE 4 carriage with cognition and gait in cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 119 patients with cerebral small vessel disease were included in this study.APOE4 genotyping, cognitive assessment,sin-gle-task and dual-task gait analysis were performed on these patients, and the above results were statistically analyzed to clarify the relationship between APOE4,cognition,and gait. Results Our study found that the presence or absence of APOE4 was not associat-ed with gait and cognition in patients with cerebral small vessel disease(P>0.05).Whether it is single-task walking or dual-task walking, the poorer the cognitive function, the smaller the stride, pace, average toe off ground angle, and average heel landing an-gle.The state of cognitive function is related to stride length, stride speed, average toe off ground angle, and average heel landing an-gle(P<0.001).The state of cognitive function is related to stride length, stride speed, average toe off ground angle, and average heel landing angle(P<0.001).After univariate and stepwise multivariate linear regression analysis, the above gait parameters are still re-lated to cognition(P<0.001).Conclusion Cognitive function in patients with cerebral small vessel disease can affect gait. And cognition is one of the markers of gait in cerebral small vessel disease.关键词
