150例人工髋关节置换病因学特征分析
Analysis of etiological characteristics for artificial total hip arthroplasty
摘要
Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to explore the aetiological characteristics of artificial total hip arthroplasty and to offer the guidance for the prevention and treatment of artificial total hip arthroplasty.Methods A retrospective analysis was con-ducted on the hospitalization data of 150 patients with artificial hip replacement.Rank sum test and chi square test were used to sta-tistically analyze the data of different ages,etiology,and related underlying diseases.Results Among the 150 participants,most of them were elderly patients over 65 years old.And the average age of women was significantly higher than that of men(P＜0.05).While the proportion of female patients was obviously higher than that of men,with no statistical significance.For the gender group,the side and the fracture category were statistically significant,with femoral neck fracture the most common reason in particular(P＜0.05).This study showed that total hip arthroplasty was commonly accompanied by concomitant diseases,mainly osteoporosis and joint diseases,followed by hypertension,stroke and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Conclusion Artificial total hip arthroplasty was closely related to the patient's age,the fracture category and the presence of complications.关键词
