巴西农业生产增长因素分析及对中国的启示
Analysis of the Growth Factors of Brazilian Agricultural Production and Its Enlightenment for China
摘要
Abstract
Brazil has transformed itself into an agricultural powerhouse just in 40 years,from a net food importer to one of the world's leading exporters.The dramatic increase in Brazilian agricultural production has been called the Brazilian Green Revolution and is considered one of the most important world developments of the second half of the 20th century.This paper summarized the development factors of Brazilian agricultural production through research and studies,which mainly include strengthening international cooperation,adjusting national policies and economic measures,grasping changes in domestic and international demand,setting up scientific research institutions,and focusing on agricultural biotechnology research and development.Drawing on the experiences and problems of Brazilian agricultural development,relative recommendations were put forward for the modernization of China's agriculture and rural areas,namely,promoting the use of biotechnology under proper planning and regulation,promoting technological development and protecting intellectual property rights in international cooperation,and protecting the environment in the expansion of arable land.关键词
