Research progress on detection technology of sulfonamide synergists in veterinary drug residues
摘要
Abstract
Sulfonamide synergists are often used in conjunction with sulfonamide drugs to enhance the efficacy of the later.However,improper or excessive use can lead to residues in the bodies of livestock and poultry,ultimately posing risks to human health.Therefore,developing more convenient,efficient,and accurate methods for detecting sulfonamide synergists in veterinary drug residues is crucial.This paper reviewed research progress in recent years on the detection of sulfonamide synergists in veterinary drug residues,covering techniques like liquid-liquid extraction,solid phase extraction,and QuEChERS for pretreatment,along with detection techniques such as spectrophotometry,immunoassay,high-performance liquid chromatography,and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.A comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various pretreatment and detection techniques was provided,along with an analysis and outlook on existing technologies.关键词
