Overview and Analysis of Global H5 Subtype Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Outbreak from 2020 to 2022
为了解近年全球H5亚型高致病性禽流感(HPAI)疫情具体情况,本文通过对农业农村部畜牧兽医局发布的"一周国际动物疫情动态"和"疫情发布"中的HPAI疫情信息进行统计和分析,对2020-2022年全球H5亚型HPAI疫情的发生和流行情况,空间、时间和群间分布,以及给养禽业造成的危害进行较为全面的了解.结果显示,2020年全球H5亚型HPAI疫情以H5N8亚型为主;自2021年5月份,呈现H5N1亚型疫情逐渐增多、H5N8亚型疫情逐渐减少的趋势,至11月份,形成以H5N1亚型疫情为主、H5N8亚型疫情零星发生的局面.H5N1亚型HPAI疫情逐渐演变为全球大流行,在欧洲形成"重灾区",非洲和亚洲疫情也较为严重.2022年存在2次明显的H5亚型HPAI跨洲际传播,分别是2月份从欧洲传播到北美洲和10月份从北美洲传播到南美洲,经分析认为这2次跨洲际传播与候鸟迁徙有密切联系.结果表明,本轮H5N1亚型HPAI疫情全球大流行持续时间长、传播范围广,给世界养禽业造成巨大危害和深远影响.
To understand the recent global situation of H5 subtype highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI)outbreaks,this paper statistically analyzes HPAI outbreak information from the"Weekly International Animal Disease Update"and"Outbreak Release"issued by the Bureau of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.The paper provides a comprehensive understanding of the occurrence and spread of H5 subtype HPAI outbreaks worldwide from 2020 to 2022,including spatial,temporal,and inter-species distribution,as well as the impact on the poultry industry.The results show that in 2020,H5N8 was the predominant subtype globally.Starting from May 2021,there was a trend of increasing H5N1 outbreaks and decreasing H5N8 outbreaks.By November,H5N1 had become the predominant subtype,with H5N8 occurring sporadically.The H5N1 subtype HPAI evolved into a global pandemic,severely affecting Europe as the"hardest-hit area",with significant outbreaks also in Africa and Asia.There were two notable intercontinental transmissions of H5 subtype HPAI in 2022:in February from Europe to North America and in October from North America to South America.These transmissions are closely linked to migratory bird movements.The findings indicate that the current H5N1 subtype HPAI pandemic has a long duration,wide spread,and significant impact on the global poultry industry.
