国产细支卷烟物理质量变化分析
Analysis of physical quality changes in domestic slim cigarettes

Abstract
[objective]This study aims to analyze the overall changes in the quality of domestic slim cigarettes since 2017 and to describe the quality characteristics of Chinese-style slim cigarettes.[Methods]A comparison and analysis were conducted on the tobacco morphology,physical indices,and smoking-related indices,as well as processing stability,of key domestic slim cigarette brands between 2017 and 2021.[Results]Compared to 2017,in 2021,domestic slim cigarettes:(1)showed an increase in tobacco width,a slight decrease in characteristic dimensions of the tobacco,and a more concentrated distribution of tobacco dimensions;(2)had no significant changes in single stick weight,length,circumference,and closed draw resistance,but increased hardness and cigarette density,reduced filter ventilation rate and total ventilation rate,improved stability of single stick weight,length,circumference,open draw resistance,filter ventilation rate,total ventilation rate,and better uniformity in cigarette density distribution;(3)had no significant changes in the average dynamic resistance,significantly improved stability in axial dynamic resistance of cigarettes,though uniformity in dynamic resistance distribution worsened slightly,and a clear reduction in the falling tendency of the combustion cone.[Conclusion]Technological advancements in"controlling length,fragmentation,and width"have driven the industry's upgrade and innovation of slim cigarettes.The stability of key physical indices and smoking performance indices has improved,and the overall quality is more suited to the smoking habits of Chinese consumers.关键词
